2008/09 Programme

Your committees are currently finalising their Branch Programmes for 2008/09.

However, there is one meeting we would like to give you advance notice of and this is on Tuesday, 28th October, in Glasgow.
It is a presentation by John Seddon entitled "Systems Thinking in service organisations: extraordinary results from counter-intuitive ideas"
